"Raga, owner of The Parlor is by far the best colorist in all of Seattle. I have gone to very high priced salons in Seattle and not even gotten close to the results I have gotten from Raga. She has made my transition into my 40's so that I am still getting carded!!! Gotta love that! I have followed Raga wherever she has been before and excuse the pun but she has taken me back to my roots (literally) in the great neighborhood of Greenwood where I grew up. Her salon is relaxing to say the least. I have loved my color and my haircuts for years with Raga. She is worth every penny and so is the experience of a clean, quiet, cute place to be."
